Hopefully this page will help you with any problems.

PayPal Problems:  If you wish to pay by credit or debit card and do not have (or do not want) a PayPal Account, sometimes PayPal will not show the link to pay via cards.  You need to clear the cookies in your web browser if this happens.

1. If your download is a ZIP file. -  You should UnZip or Extract the PDF files from the .Zip before opening.  Adobe Reader does not read the files correctly when they are archived.


2.  Problems with Coupons.  -   If you have a Coupon and you can't get it to work, just include the code text on your order and we will refund the discount as quickly as we can.


3.  Unable to checkout to complete the order. - Our software is necessarily complicated to process your order securely. It uses something called AJAX to process things. Sometimes older versions of web browsers, or some security settings on your computer will cause problems.  Please email us or telephone and we will try and solve things for you.  Trying a different web browser or altering secutiry settings may also work.


4. I ordered downloads, where are the links?  - They are sent immedietly by email to you on completion of payment. If you do not receive then promptly there may be an issue with your or our emails..   Contact us via the Contact form, telephone or Skype.


We have very few issues, but when they arise, you can be assured that they will be promptly sorted out.
