Hart's Annual Army List 1905

The New Annual Army List, Militia List, and Imperial Yeomanry List, For 1905, {Being The Sixty-Sixth Annual Volume,). Containing Dates Of Commissions, And A Statement Of The War Services Of Nearly Every Officer In The Army, Supply &C, Departments, Marines, Indian Army & Indian Local Forces. Corrected to 31st December 1904.
Particularly useful to researchers are the often quite detailed Records of Services of Officers, serving and retired, contained in Hart's that do not appear in Monthly Lists or the Official Army List. At this period the list contains details (with services) of officers in the Indian army, including local forces and all the glamorous Indian Cavalry regiments such as Skinner's Horse, Hodson's Horse, etc. This issue reflects the service of many officers in the numerous colonial small wars of the last few decades of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th Century.
