Whites Directory of Nottinghamshire 1864

The Topography of the County immediately follows the Directory of Nottingham. The Parochial Histories, arranged under the respective hundreds in which they are situated, show the situation, area, and population of each place, places of worship, scholastic, charitable, and other institutions, public buildings, local events and occurrences, objects of interest and curiosity, etc. The History of each parish is followed by a Directory, containing the names, and addresses of the principal inhabitants.
